I'm back in the studio!

Hello! It's been a long time. I've returned with a cute new metal neck joint and working hands to play in the studio again, finally! Being completely disabled in 2023, then on the long road to recovery for the past year has taught me not to wait to follow my dreams. So now that I'm back, I'm not settling for safe.

All Things New

I've put notes on all my old social media to direct folks to my website, https://3foldart.co, where you'll find my current works for sale once I have new things finished. Facebook and Instagram were stressful for me, and I'm not about wasting time anymore with things that don't bring me joy.

I discovered Substack, where I was able to connect with some amazing creative people who inspired me to follow my dreams. In This Dreamy Life, I share the strange and beautiful landscapes of my dream journals, the sparks that fuel my creativity, and the books that shape my thinking—one 5-minute morning read at a time. I will be including you in my newsletters from there more than here, because that's where my inspirations and works in progress now live.

Because I find Substack to be a much better fit, I am sharing more over there, and better content. I've got loads of free content, and also some paid content if you find yourself wanting more. But I never want to pressure you. Just enjoy however you want.

The Weekly Weird From the Studio of k8 Catlin Hi! I'm having a major case of the squirrels. Those dang things are *everywhere* today, making things take too long. The Friday night watch party was a success! We watched, we laughed, we fed popcorn to Revan the doggo. I'll definitely be making the 3rd Fridays at 7:30pm Watch Party time from now on.
